Mowbray Communications Ltd is a new company, but with a wealth of publishing experience in the textile and apparel industries.

We are the publisher of The Apparel Analyst, a monthly financial journal read by senior executives at some of the world's top clothing brands and apparel retailers. With a network of correspondents across the globe, this unique monthly publication gives an analytical spin on the strategies and financial performance of the top companies.

A small sample of our readers include: Levi Strauss, VF Corporation, Benetton, Uniqlo, Liz Claiborne, Under Armour, Li & Fung, New York & Co among many other textile and clothing firms, along with investment banks and analysts.

The editor of Ecotextile News is John Mowbray, who is the former editor of the market leading and widely respected Knitting International and KnitAmericas magazines. John has also edited and worked on several innovative projects such as the ITMA daily and the ITMA Asia daily textile newspapers. He also launched, edited, and wrote the Easy Care Wool directory in conjunction with The Woolmark Company.

He has also written articles and contributed to magazines such as Textile Month, Nonwovens Report International, Fashion Business International and International Dyer.

John Mowbray has a first degree in Environmental Biology, and his unique range of knowledge and expertise will give readers of Ecotextile News a wide range of exclusive news and features on ethical and sustainable textile and apparel.
